Who We Are

At the Los Angeles Explorers’ Guild, we are passionate about Los Angeles.

There is much to see and do within the expansive borders or Los Angeles, and we enjoy exploring all the strange, offbeat, and wonderful places to be found throughout our fair city and its outlying territory.

This is where we celebrate our favorite places and mourn those that have been lost. Along the way we’ll explore the rich history of Los Angeles along with the names and stories of people who made it what it is today.

We look forward to having you join us on our explorations.

One item of note. People often conflate the City of Los Angeles and the much larger County of Los Angeles. We’ll be blurring those lines here a little bit, mainly because there are many interesting things to see and do in the confines of Los Angeles County.
